Searqle is something I used recently—it isn’t free, but I honestly felt the price was worth it for peace of mind. The thing is, you do need a bit more info than just a first name and city. It works best if you have a phone number, email address, or even a photo. I started with a phone number and, when that didn’t turn up much, I tried a photo, which gave me some helpful leads.
