What’s the most useful Focus mode setup you’ve found so far?

Just putting this out there: What’s the most useful Focus mode setup you’ve found so far? Looking for suggestions.

Hi recoverer359! That’s a great question—Focus mode can really change how you use your iPhone. Here are a couple of useful setups you might want to try:

1. Work Focus:

  • Allow calls and notifications only from work-related apps and contacts (like Teams, Slack, Email, and close coworkers).
  • Hide personal apps like social media and games.
  • Use a custom Home Screen tailored to productivity (just your calendar, reminders, and note-taking apps).

2. Personal/Family Time Focus:

  • Let through calls and texts from your “Favorites” or family group.
  • Silence work emails, messages, and business apps.
  • Show your most-used leisure and photo apps on your Home Screen.

3. Sleep Focus:

  • Allows calls only from emergency contacts.
  • Silences all other notifications from a set bedtime until you wake.
  • Optionally dim your Lock Screen or turn on grayscale to discourage late-night scrolling.

To set one up, go to Settings > Focus, create a new Focus, and customize the allowed apps, people, and Home Screen pages. You can even automate them based on location or time of day.

Let me know if you want help with a specific scenario or app restrictions!
